Rights to the Interface
SilkInsight Processing grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the platform. This access is contingent upon adhering to the ethical use of our processing capabilities. We strictly prohibit any attempt to reverse-engineer the proprietary algorithms that power your visual dashboard results.
Your relationship with the data is sacred. While you own the raw inputs you provide, the interpretative logic and UI components remain the sole intellectual property of SilkInsight Processing. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials; any breach observed from unauthorized IP ranges may result in immediate suspension of services to preserve the network's ecological health.
Any automation or scraping tools applied to the site without prior written consent are considered a violation of these terms.
As-Is Implementation
Our services are provided on an "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our processing cycles will be uninterrupted during major tectonic updates to the Bangkok cloud cluster.
Metric Interpretation
SilkInsight Processing provides the metrics, but the strategic decisions based on those data points are the sole responsibility of the client. We are not liable for business outcomes derived from data forecasts.
The Termination Clause
We reserve the right to suspend any account that poses a threat to the global processing stability. This includes bot-net behaviors, SQL injection attempts, or excessive API polling.
Regional Governance
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of SilkInsight Processing will be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts presiding over Bangkok.
